You have the right to request permanent deletion of all data Nami has stored about you.
There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 — Use the bot command (instant)

Open any Discord server where Nami is present, or open a DM with Nami.

Run the command /deletemydata.

Confirm the deletion when prompted. The action is immediate and irreversible.
⚠️ This action cannot be undone. All your profile data, preferences, XP,
interaction counters, birthday, Last.fm link, and uploaded images will be permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Contact us via support server
If you cannot run the command, join our
official support server
and open a ticket requesting data deletion. Please include your Discord User ID.
We will process the request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your complete profile (all fields, uploaded images, and style settings)
- Custom nickname set in the profile editor
- Bot behavior preferences (language, embed style, silent mode)
- Birthday and timezone
- Last.fm account link
- XP progress and message counter
- Social interaction counters
- API keys you have generated
Note: aggregated voice and message activity counts stored as part of server-level analytics
(Server Rewind) are associated with your user ID within per-server data files.
These are also removed upon request via the support server.
